In September 2021, we joined Levi Strauss & Co., one of the world’s largest brand-name apparel companies and a global leader in jeanswear. Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.’s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
We are looking for a seasonal Ecommerce Customer Care team member to support our business. This role will report to our Ecommerce Lead. This is a fixed-term seasonal position until 1/31/2025.
What you’ll do:
Process orders to ensure seamless and timely processing
Oversee all customer inquiries through site, email, and phone calls
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Resolves all customer requests, questions and complaints
Update essential information on sales channels
Learn our product line strengths, benefits, and be prepared to communicate them to our customers
Who you are:
1-3 years in a customer service role, preferably in eCommerce
Experience working with Shopify and Gorgias
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be available to work regularly on weekends
The expected starting salary range for this role is $37,800 - $55,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
