E-commerce Coordinator - Work from Home - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

  • This established global fashion online business, headquartered in Australia, boasts a large team of over 300 dedicated professionals. Beyond its role as a fashion brand, the company prioritizes environmental sustainability, actively contributing to the preservation of beaches and coastal areas for a brighter future.
  • 40.000 PHP to 60.000 PHP per month (based on experience).
  • This is a replacement for someone on maternity leave.
     

Work Conditions

  • The offer is inclusive of a laptop + Internet allowance.
  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. 
  • This is a fixed-term contract, only for 6 months.

About the Role

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will help the Australian E-commerce & Optimization Manager deliver profitable sales growth and optimized customer experience through effective implementation of the E-commerce Strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day online operations to achieve revenue targets through effective e-commerce strategy and UX improvements.
  • Optimize customer journey, manage abandoned cart processes, and align with marketing for seamless omnichannel promotions.
  • Manage product setup, testing, and website assets for promotions and events, ensuring smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Collaborate with the digital designer to enhance customer experience on the website.
  • Analyze e-commerce KPIs, produce weekly reports, and conduct performance analysis for ongoing optimization.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including Paid Search, SEO, and display ads, while coordinating design asset creation and delivery.


Experience & Software

  • 1 to 3 years of eCommerce experience as a Coordinator or similar role.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interest in delivering the best customer experience.
  • Organized with strong time management skills.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is desirable.
  • Driven to succeed with a collaborative style, interest in continually improving
