Dynamics CRM Developer

Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a CRM Dynamics Developer. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that benefit our country.
The Developer will monitor Dynamics CRM and SharePoint applications on the shared services platform to ensure availability. They will also detect and correct process errors, system job failures, and performance bottlenecks that may emerge from Dynamics, SharePoint, and custom integrations. Additionally, they will provide technical analysis and support to Dynamics team members, administrators, users, system specialists, project managers, and development teams to maintain existing and future applications as necessary. 

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement CRM solutions based on requirements provided from stakeholders. 
• Proactively monitor the environment to ensure key resources and services are functioning within acceptable performance thresholds. 
• Proactively monitor capacity in the CRM Environment, and take action as required to avoid degradation or outage. 
• Provide service to deploy developed solutions to Production, Test and user acceptance testing (UAT) CRM environments. 
• Maintain and support legacy data synchronization processes between CRM and legacy non-CRM systems.
• Manage backups and restores of CRM data and technical support for infrastructure issues. 
• Audit the CRM application environment to provide data from logs and reports as required by CISO and audit teams. 
• Establish and maintain a standard software baseline for CRM to ensure clean audit findings. 
• Participate in migration and release management processes. Be able to perform other Dynamics CRM system admin duties as needed. 
• Create technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes and recommend architecture to support new implementations and/or enhancements. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues). 
• Lead and participate in design and code reviews. 

Skills Required

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module and developing advanced business process flows within Dynamics 365.
• Skills in using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure for data security, compliance, AI, and scalability.
• Knowledge of setting up a multi-developer DevOps environment.
• Skills in designing data import processes.
• Proficiency in software development, including languages like JavaScript.
• Skills in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Experience in project management, strategic planning, and business development.
• Ability to manage stakeholder interactions and facilitate successful project implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salaries for Developers at Planet Technologies range from $105,000 and $200,000. Several factors will impact final pay offered to a successful candidate including but not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, clearance level, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, etc.
