JOB SUMMARY:

The DSO Implant Growth Advisor is responsible for growing implant revenue with select DSO Strategic Partners. The position has close collaboration between the central NVST DSO team, Implant Direct, and Nobel DSO Teams including multiple departments ranging from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Training & Development, Inventory Management/Supply Chain, Product/Category Management, and Customer Care to ensure proper execution within assigned distribution channel. The Implant Growth Advisor (IGA), DSO – serves as a subject matter expert on DSO implant programs, creating, adjusting, and improving all aspects of the DSO’s internal implant systems - everything from implant provider selection, training, education, workflow, and the patient experience.  The day-to-day primary responsibility is to drive revenue and incremental growth by strengthening our most important DSO partners’ implant programs – helping them grow and NVST in the process.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for aiding NVST Strategic DSO Partners in increasing the number of implants they place and internal productivity: the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of their implant programs.
  • Including education, internal systems, and workflows
  • Ability to help aid NVST implant teams to win new business opportunities, RFP’s, Pilots, and close business in assigned product portfolio within a time-sensitive sales cycle.
  • Follow established strategies and help create new and improved strategies in conjunction with Corporate Accounts and BU leadership.
  • Is responsible for sales target performance and will work closely with NVST cross functional teams to achieve and surpass established profitable annual sales goals and market expansion.
  • In coordination with corporate channel stakeholders, the IGA will actively participate in the negotiation process with strategic implant partners.
  • Will serve as the DSO’s primary point-of-contact for implant program growth related topics.
  • Responsible for the execution of corporate strategy and tactical execution to achieve sales targets.
  • Leverage experience and influence to direct field-based resources, implement and or lead multiple programs (including CE) in order to achieve sales objectives.
  • Support the growth of implant sales across all key market segments to achieve business objectives and market expansion.
  • Support marketing objectives and execution of programs (study clubs, trainings, business reviews, presentations, etc.)
  • Attend trade shows and workshops for the promotion of NVST implant growth when necessary.
  • The ability to clearly and appropriately convey and present information using the IMPACT based sales model.  Actively listen and ask thoughtful questions to fully understand others’ needs and perspectives.  Deliver presentations that focus on the needs of the audience and solicit desired action and success.
  • The ability to understand, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources. Use the appropriate methodologies to predict, develop and answer key business questions, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our Strategic Partners goals, objectives, and strategies.  Develop internal DSO programs with our partners that support growth targets for both organizations via the use of strategic business/action plan for each account.

  • 4-year college degree with an emphasis in Business/Marketing/Advertising.
  • 10+ years working within the implant dental market.
  • 5+ years DSO implant program growth experience.
  • Travel Requirement: ability to travel up to 50%, domestically.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience with imaging dental imaging and digital workflows.
  • Dental IOS sales, support, and training experience is a plus.
  • Dental C-Suite relationships.
  • Experience in a team sales environment.
  • Familiar with EBS tools (Kaizens, PSP, Growth room, PSI).
  • Adept problem solver and able to leverage circumstances.
  • Experience using marketing activities to drive results.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
