Draftsman & Shop Detailer (Tekla & Revit) - Work from Home- Australian Client

• The ideal candidate's workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
• The candidate will be required to use their own equipment to perform the role.
• PHP80,000 -85,000 per month.
• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

Reporting directly to an Australian Manager, you will take on a crucial role as the first point of contact for the expanding customer base. Your primary focus will be ensuring an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining efficient processes. This position allows you to actively contribute to the growth and success of the business by fostering strong relationships with customers, streamlining order management, and collaborating with key stakeholders to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Design: Develop initial designs, sketches, and layouts to align with client goals and project feasibility.
• 3D Modelling in Tekla: Create detailed and precise 3D models of structural elements for visualization and accuracy.
• Shop Drawing Take-Off in Revit/Tekla: Extract detailed shop drawings for fabrication and assembly directly from 3D models.
• Collaboration with Structural Engineers: Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are structurally sound and meet safety standards.

Experience & Software

• At least 5 years of experience in civil structure drafting using TEKLA and REVIT. 
• Experience in working with western companies, preferably Australians.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and building codes.
• Experience in developing and interpreting concept designs
