Salary: £23,500 per annum plus company benefits

Location/work model: Remote

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 12pm-8pm (2 x 10 min paid breaks and 1 x unpaid ½ hour lunch break)

Purpose of role

The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and document production services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Transcribing various digital tasks such as notes, letters, emails, court hearings, Zoom meetings, etc
  • Producing and amending agreements, correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc from a variety of sources in house style and in line with the document production systems/procedures
  • Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets

Personal attributes

  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience as a Document Administrator or relevant role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Job qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum (1) year document production experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
  • Skilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills
  • Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents
  • Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
  • Good problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level
  • Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
