Vengroff Williams is seeking a Subrogation DMV Clerk as we continue to grow our team! Responsible for processing paperwork for license suspension and communicating information to assist claims staff in claim resolution.  Ability to communicate in a professional manner with subrogation associates and management while demonstrating a favorable image of the organization through problem-solving skills. 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Communicates through email, fax, and mail to DMV.
  • Documents DMV responses of license suspension outcome.
  • Gather necessary documentation to expedite suspension.
  • Update claim status in AS400.
  • Escalate problem claims to department manager
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:  
  • Dependability Experience – 0-1 year
  • High School Graduate (min), AA Degree or higher preferred
  • Proficient computer skills –
    • Software - MS Office (Word/Excel), Data Entry, AS400
    • Hardware – PC, Phone, Fax, Copier
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high-transaction environment
  • Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Language Proficiency: English required – bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Compensation and Benefits: 
  • $16-$18 per hour
