The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a DME Collections Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Providing team support and leadership in the absence of the supervisor. He/she assist team members with answering questions and resolving escalated issues. They are the first line of escalation in resolving billing disputes and patient escalations. The team lead also helps identify issues by monitoring team trending and reporting and escalates to the appropriate area.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED AND a minimum of 3-5 years of insurance collections/resolution
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 1-2 years of experience within the KCI Advantage Center
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform work accurately, and in accordance with department Standard Operating Procedures, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $54,530 - $66,647, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
