District Manager

As an Ecolab District Manager, you will select, train, develop and coach a team of sales and service associates to drive profitable growth for the district. In this critical leadership role, you will serve as the single point of contact for customers while overseeing all selling activities. What You Will Do
- Manage, coach and develop a team of individual contributors with an average team size of 8-12 direct reports, spending 3-4 days in the field with them
- Average assigned sales budget of $10‐15M based on team size, team experience level and market opportunity
- Accountable for achieving district goals including sales, customer retention, growth targets and route model efficiencies through leveraging distributor partners, corporate accounts, cross-divisional partners, and headquarters resources
- Own profit and loss for assigned area by managing sales and expense budgets, defining sales territories to direct market growth, growing sales at the projected rate, retaining existing customers and controlling expenses
- Ensure team achieves key sales and service performance metrics and follows established processes and protocols
- Recommend unique programs and solutions to customers by leveraging technology
- Efficiently manage leased equipment to control costs
Position Details
- Work location: North Dallas and the surrounding areas (Legacy, Las Colinas/Irving, Addison East, Colony/Frisco W Addison/Carrollton, Lewisville)
- Candidate must reside within 25 miles of the surrounding areas (listed above)
- Overnight travel required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of experience
- Position requires a current and valid driver’s license

Physical Demands
- Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $164,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
