This this position will coach Account Managers to consultatively sell to Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) and achieve mutually aligned and developed goals for growth. Focus areas for this position include leading through effective coaching, inspiring, collaborating, and strategic execution of Alcon key priorities to deliver innovation and value-added solutions to Eye Care Professionals. Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, develop, coach, and train your team of sales representatives to execute effectively
- Drive Results: Hold team accountable for achieving results through coaching, performance management, and taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives
- Communicate Vision: Explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values and how it relates to the individuals on the team
- Execute Strategy: Take the organization’s strategy, develop, and implement business plans, and drive customer engagement to change ECP behavior

What you will bring to Alcon:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.;)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
- Preferred 5 years related selling experience in medical device, medical, healthcare, vision care, or business to business sales
