What you'll do
As a Distribution Sales Manager you will play a key role in managing our channel of global resellers
- Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly calls with resellers to enhance our collaborative relationships, manage/drive pipeline, resolve issues, build campaigns and train across all departments
- Communicate product and program changes & develop comprehensive enablement resources and training programs, equipping partners with the expertise they need to thrive.
- Provide internal & external feedback with a focus on the product and partnership
- Track program performance, analyzing data to refine strategies and maximize partner impact
- Work across multiple time zones
Qualifications
- 1+ year selling or supporting Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Windows, etc.)
- 2+ years’ experience in the MSP ecosystem either working at or selling through the MSP channel
- 2+ years’ experience working with the indirect CSP distribution channel
- Ability to build and cultivate deep relationships having both fun and difficult conversations
- Self-starter, independent worker and exercise discretion and independent judgment in important matters
- Excellent communication, follow up & time management skills
