NEIS is seeking a Dispute Premium Audit Reviewer as we continue to grow our team! Dispute Premium Audit Reviewers provide a quality dispute review of insurance premium audits for Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies. As a Dispute Premium Audit Reviewer, you will be part of a team that examines the completed audits and work with insureds and agents to resolve dispute audits.  

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Examine the completed audits and work with insureds and agents to resolve disputed audits
  • Correct completed audits based on rules and regulations for class code(s), specific state(s), and clients
  • Correspond with the staff to gather additional information as needed
  • Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly billing goals
  • Meet time service and quality requirements
Job Requirements: 
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules for multiple states
  • Track record of performing an average of 20 audit reviews daily
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an audit reviewer and/or 2+ years as a field premium auditor
  • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions to achieve company goal
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and e-mail
  • High Speed Internet Access
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and tax documents
  • Excellent communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary is $60,000-$70,000 (greatly depending on experience)
