What will you be doing?

The Upgrades & Transformation team serves as the Global Operations Transformation PMO (Project Management Office). We support the Global Operations SLT (Senior Leadership Team) and transform complexity into clarity through the highest standards of project management discipline across our Upgrades and Transformation Portfolio.

Our book of work spans enterprise-wide initiatives, including solutions enhancements, new product launches, market expansion, technology and process transformation, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, organizational design, KPI development, continuous improvement programs, and system architecture.

The Upgrades & Transformation team is a dynamic group of leaders, tasked with some of the organization’s biggest challenges. And we strive to accelerate the development of our team member’s operational skillsets, preparing them for future people, process, and/or account leadership opportunities.

As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional and/or global projects in support of our strategic priorities. You will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations, including the plan, scope, budget, risk, quality, and resources.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be tasked with some of the most challenging projects in Global Operations. And in some cases, the scope or objectives may be loosely defined. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in the gray, tackling the unknown, and formalizing efforts for initiatives without a project plan template
  • You will collaborate with local Operations teams across markets, stakeholders across divisions (Operations, Technology, Product, Commercial, etc…), and very closely with the Circana C/V Suite (the Global Leadership Team, but most commonly with the Global Operations Senior Leadership Team)
  • You will be expected to create project charters, project plans, RACIs (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed), work breakdown structures, requirement specifications, and data driven analyses. And as part of this, you’ll need to tailor your communication for different audiences, across a variety of mediums
  • You may be supporting the design, implementation, and/or maintenance of standardized processes and tools in support of our organizational objectives. You will be challenged to understand, improve, and drive connections across our broader network of Circana systems
  • You may be establishing key performance indicators, preparing executive level performance reporting, reviewing system performance, engaging in problem solving, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement
  • You may be supporting strategy development, new business ventures, and/or ad-hoc problem solving. This represents opportunities to help shape our strategy, participate in financial modeling, evaluate third party relationships, build new processes or programs, and apply practical problem solving

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Circana work experience, and a proven track-record as a high performer
  • Project Management, Operations, Information Technology, and/or Continuous Improvement experience preferred
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, at a global scale, through project management discipline
  • Ability to synthesize information, think systemically, and translate ideas into practical applications
  • Ability to communicate across diverse stakeholder groups through tailored messaging and high-quality content
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement through problem solving, innovation, and data driven decision making
  • Ability to drive change and deliver high quality results by building trusted relationships throughout the organization
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making across senior leaders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by being proactive and willing to take calculated risks
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with Project Management tooling a plus

Circana Behaviors

As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization. Therefore, we always look for people who can continuously champion these behaviors throughout the business within their day-to-day role:

  • Stay Curious: Being hungry to learn and grow, always asking the big questions.
  • Seek Clarity: Embracing complexity to create clarity and inspire action.
  • Own the Outcome: Being accountable for decisions and taking ownership of our choices.
  • Center on the Client: Relentlessly adding value for our customers.
  • Be a Challenger: Never complacent, always striving for continuous improvement.
  • Champion Inclusivity: Fostering trust in relationships engaging with empathy, respect, and integrity.
  • Commit to each other: Contributing to making Circana a great place to work for everyone.
