Director Transformation Program Management

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 non-consecutive days on-site in Armonk, NY or Basking Ridge, NJ, and 2 days from home. A fully remote role is not possible for this position.
The Director Transformation Program Management will work closely with leaders to drive non-drug business transformation programs and projects across the organization, playing a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of non-drug projects. The Director Transformation Program Management leads, mentors, and develops a team of program and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. The position involves a blend of strategy setting, team leadership, and operational oversight. Developing and applying program and project management methodologies, playbooks and tools/technology, the Director Transformation Program Management tracks progress and performance, manages resources, and prepares and presents reports and metrics to leadership to support decision making and the delivery of organizational objectives. They liaise with the Director Transformation Business Lead, and Director Change and Engagement and communicates and collaborates with senior partners and customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
A typical day may include:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for a team of program and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment and ensuring the delivery of successful outcomes
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project and program management framework that optimizes project delivery processes and ensures consistent project execution.
- Establish clear project and program management methodologies and standards. Implement robust oversight models to ensure effective risk management, issue resolution and partner communication.
- Oversee a non-drug project and program portfolio and ensure continual alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Director, Change and Engagement and Transformation Program Management to understand business and resource needs.
- Continuously monitor program and project performance and see opportunities for improvement

- You bring exceptional knowledge of project management methodologies to help structure, standardize and organize methods for the execution of programs. Optimizes processes to reach excellence in tools, approaches, controls
- You understand how wider objectives of the projects align to business and strategic goals.
- You build strong relationships with key collaborators across the organization, including senior executives, department heads, and project managers. Communicate project progress effectively and proactively address customer concerns.
- You can manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and tracking expenses. Understanding of financial principles and having the ability to interpret financial data
- You can dot connecting, integrating, proactive identification and management of roadblocks. Is proactive in monitoring the internal and external environment during the execution of strategies, being capable of assessing risks, their impacts in conjunction with team members involved and of making recommendations to Top Management
- You extensively determine the relevance and reliability of information that might be used to support a conclusion of argument. Accurately interprets information to determine meaning and to extract relevant evidence. Accurately connects or integrates information to support an argument or reach a conclusion.
To be considered, we are looking for you to have a Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant project management experience managing large, complex projects . Lastly we require you to have a PMP Certification.
