Pinterest is looking for an experienced and motivated Director, TPM to play a critical role across all consumer Pinterest products, ensuring that we deliver a personalized experience enabling Pinners to search, discover their taste, shop and ultimately create a life they love. This role is fundamental to Pinterest’s growth in the next years.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, grow and manage a team of experienced Technical Program Managers, providing leadership and guidance to drive successful program execution.
- Ensure the Core organization T/PgM needs are covered by proactively identifying resource gaps and misaligned priorities. In partnership with the VP of Strategy and Operations secure funding and reprioritize allocation across the team
- Work closely with the Core VP of Engineering and VP of Product to contribute to the product and technology strategy
- Proactively identify high-impact programs, drive yearly planning across Core and ensure our priorities, incremental opex and infrastructure costs are aligned with the business strategy and approved by our executive team
- Define and manage the operating rhythms for the Core team including execution and business reviews
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment, prioritize tasks, and make crucial decisions in collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders
