ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving the LifeStance Talent Journey strategy and related initiatives across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with HR functional leadership to ensure processes, initiatives and communications align with the overall talent strategy and enterprise-wide strategic objectives. This role will help move the needle on enterprise talent goals/objectives by taking ownership of the Talent Journey. 

COMPENSATION: $160,000 - 175,000/annually, with additional bonus potential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide direct oversite in the direction, feedback, guidance, and day-to-day leadership and operations of the recruitment team.

  • Transform the talent acquisition function from a traditional corporate recruiting approach to a partnership approach with leaders including strong relationship building and accountability.

  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies and sources for high volume talent needs.

  • Working closely with Communications and Change Management colleagues to bring the Talent Journey to life with clear, simple messages and change strategies.

  • Build relationships across HR to be able to function as a strategic talent partner that can connect dots and pull together cross-HR initiatives that intersect.

  • Leverage HR technologies, such as Workday, to run and continuously enhance talent processes and user experience.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management and make recommendations to continually improve offerings.

  • Partner closely with Human Resources, Practice Operations, and other teams with a focus on process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Senior Manager/Director level Talent Acquisition experience or 10+ years of experience in progressive talent management & HR functions

  • Strong expertise in senior leadership/corporate function recruiting.

  • Ability to gather data, translate into actions to deliver exceptional team performance in a mix of high volume and corporate recruiting.

  • Strong experience implementing talent management programs and delivering results.

  • Experience with Workday is highly recommended.

  • Proven experience leading large scale, multi-site healthcare locations, planning initiatives, and delivering results.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations to improve talent management practices.

  • Sourcing, selection, and management of vendors where appropriate.

  • A demonstrated capacity to translate vision into tangible actions, adeptly manage multiple priorities, streamline operations, and foster constructive relationships, consistently achieving impactful results.

  • Strong leadership acumen, capable of engaging diverse audiences, mobilizing teams, and instigating change across the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, notably PowerPoint and Excel, facilitating effective communication and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with Workday is highly recommended.

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, and applicable laws related to selection, employment, and testing.
