We’re currently looking for a Director of Sales Compensation to partner with senior leadership to design and roll our sales compensation plans for the organization. This individual should be able to think strategically and creatively to ensure that the sales compensation plans are aligned with and driving the strategic objectives for the company.
Roles and responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Leadership and Stakeholders to recommend designs for effective compensation plans
Update Plan documents as required
Drive analytics projects to provide meaningful insights into sales compensation performance, ensuring effectiveness of primary measurements
Partner with Legal to ensure that all sales compensation programs are administered in compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.
Create reports and other resources to track performance and support monthly administration payment processing approval.
Stay informed of industry trends as related to sales compensation programs, processes and analytical methods
Desired qualifications:
10+ years of sales compensation planning experience
Advanced financial modeling and analysis experience
Proficiency in CRM, SPM (Sales Performance Management) and data analytics tools.
Highly analytical and detail oriented
Ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders and obtain alignment on sales compensation programs

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $127,750 and $182,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
