Step into the fast-paced world of plan installations as the Director of Retirement Plans New Business, where growth and collaboration drive our success. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with peers across various departments, fostering a culture of mutual support and shared success. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead plan installation teams with innovation and expertise, constantly seeking ways to streamline and enhance our processes and service delivery. As the primary liaison with the Sales team, you'll play a crucial role skillfully handling inquiries and escalations and ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving. If guiding teams, nurturing talent, and tackling challenges energize you, this role is for you! 

   

Job Summary 

  • Build effective, efficient functional teams.   

  • Ensure teams operate effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs. 

  • Support product development, systems development, and sales. 

  • Identify training needs and coordinate across teams. 

  • Manage installation teams to deliver timely, accurate service and improve processes. 

  • Build and champion networks to share experiences, information and expertise.  

 

 Skills and Background You’ll Need 

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience is preferred. 

  • At least 8 years in the Retirement industry, with 3+ years leading installation teams 

  • Minimum 5 years managing others 

  • Experience in systems planning, customer service, and/or administration 

  • Proven ability to organize and manage a functional business area

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

 

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$98,500.00 - $157,500.00
