About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to help us lead the Revenue Operations team to enable the growth of our business. You will own the end-to-end business process of driving predictable revenue and associated insights across the organization. This will be done while partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and the three business units, Revenue, Operations, and Product. In this role you will be part of the Revenue team and report directly to our VP of Sales, CS, and Support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end business process of driving predictable revenue and associated insights across the organization, ensuring transparency, accountability, predictability, and overall execution rigor at scale
• Manage a team that oversees the Revenue Operations for Marketing, Sales, CS, and Support
• Lead and manage 360-degree quarterly planning for the Rev Ops unit, including the creation and maintenance of One-Pager.
• Follow our people-first values, hire, train, and develop a world-class team including establishing departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures, along with implementing new processes, procedures, and habits for scaling
