ABOUT THE JOB 

The Director of Regional Marketing and Engagement will lead our regional marketing and engagement team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in traditional and novel patient-/member-focused healthcare marketing strategies that drive awareness of and engagement with our health centers and ancillary products. This person thrives in a fast-paced growth environment that balances leading and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders and making data-driven decisions. The person will work with a diverse, passionate team of marketers, and collaborate closely with multiple internal departments and clients. The Director of Regional Marketing and Engagement will lead a team of Regional Marketing Specialists and report to the Vice President of Marketing and Engagement, while working closely with the broader Marketing and Engagement team. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Leads team of regional marketing specialists to support and drive engagement efforts for clients, resulting in measurable impact  

  • Closely collaborates with regional Operations leadership to ensure alignment on regional marketing and engagement strategies 

  • Assists in client engagement goal setting process   

  • Develops and leverages dashboards, in partnership with analytics team, to instruct engagement programs to keep team aligned on progress toward desired results  

  • Prepares monthly reports on regional engagement and marketing efforts, informing data-driven decision making and test-and-learn strategies  

  • Demonstrates creative solutioning on traditional and novel client channels and provider/health center mobilization to further engagement 

 

  • Aligns with patient marketing and engagement team on personas and voice of the patient  

  • Manages regional marketing and engagement team budget  

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in B2C marketing required with a strong healthcare background preferred

  • 3+ years team management experience required

  • Must be comfortable with 20% travel to meet with regional teams and clients

  • Experience in Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Asana  

Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
