What this job can offer you
The Marketing team is the engine that powers Remote's expansion. Through product marketing, performance marketing, events, communications, campaigns, and content, our team tells the world about Remote to bring in revenue and establish Remote as the international leader in global HR and remote work.
What you bring
- Proven experience as a regional marketing lead, director or another senior marketing role
- Experience working closely with sales teams to generate and track qualified leads
- Solid knowledge of Field and Events Marketing
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong analytical mindset
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related field
- Ability to travel to in person event occasionally
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and its challenges in U.S market
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
- Writes and speaks fluent English. Spanish is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a regional cohesive regional marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and adoption.
- Shape and evolve marketing plans to address and expanding product mix, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends in HR tech.
- Adapt global marketing strategies to fit local markets while respecting territory differences within the US, Canada and Latam.
- Set current and long-term goals for AMER regional marketing team aligned with business goals.
- Anticipate market dynamics and proactively identify opportunities to differentiate the brand against competitors.
- Provide regional expertise to the marketing and sales teams to inform strategies and help prioritize regional customer content development.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Work with the digital marketing team to build all aspects of digital marketing, including our marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI and create alignment.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train new regional marketing team members.
- Establish team goals and ensure performance aligns with these goals.
- Foster collaboration within the team and across customer groups.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with sales, the corporate marketing team and product development teams to define marketing materials and programs.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to senior executives.
- Field Marketing management:
- Define, build and implement Field Marketing strategy.
- Manage the field marketing budget to maximize ROI (MQL and Opportunity creation).
- Deliver high-quality regional events that generate new business and improve customer relationships.
- Help the team innovate and define processes that evolve over time

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The salary range for this full-time position is $180,800 USD to $244,100 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
