Director, Quality Assurance (Remote)

MEMX is searching for a Director, Quality Assurance to oversee the software testing of MEMX’s software products. A successful candidate will lead MEMX’s Software QA process, manage MEMX’s test engineering team, coordinate changes with our development team, and demonstrate the ability to fully automate the testing process. The ideal candidate has hands on testing experience at a financial institution, preferably a stock exchange.
MEMX currently has a U.S. presence in these states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, & South Carolina.

What You’ll Do
- Manage MEMX’s QA team;
- Architect, Design and Develop MEMX’s QA testing facilities;
- Develop test automation strategies for the firm;
- Develop and maintain MEMX quality assurance standards;
- Work closely with the engineering teams to remediate issues;
- Create and manage quality metrics to track product improvement;
- Develop and maintain innovative testing processes that delivers exceptional value to the organization
Requirements
- A minimum of five years experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience managing remote workers
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (from an accredited institution)
- Strong test automation skills
- Experience testing large scale financial systems (specifically those under the SEC’s RegSCI framework)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with software development team to resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
- Ability to work effectively in a very high paced, start-up environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $200,000-300,000
