Currently, ManTech’s Financial Management (FM) Practice is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Director of Program Delivery to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will focus on challenges associated with service delivery on existing and new enterprise FM transformation and application modernization programs across our company. The candidate will bring extensive program management, customer intimacy, and leadership experience to provide recommendations, solutions, and mentorship to program managers and program management office staff.

The challenges that will be addressed by the candidate will include, but not be limited to; working with program managers to establish and implement program plans to meet customer objectives, deliver outcomes and realize quantified Return on Investment (ROI) for our customers. Specifically, this includes working on staffing plans, increasing/improving mission knowledge and customer relationships, assessing current deliverables and determining if they can be improved to exceed customer expectations from a cost, schedule, and performance perspective, and reviewing and quickly working with the team to resolve all customer concerns.
