Job Summary:
Blavity Inc. is seeking a Director, Product Marketing to lead the marketing, positioning and launch strategy efforts for AfroTech’s product portfolio, including AfroTech Conference, AfroTech Connect, AfroTech Insider, and Talent Infusion.
In this role, you will define and optimize the customer journey across products, ensuring a seamless flow and enhancing cross-product engagement. You will play a crucial role in defining market positioning and strategy, designing automated systems and communicating product value to both internal sales teams and clients. Your strategic leadership will drive go-to-market success and elevate AfroTech’s impact in the tech ecosystem. This Director, Product Marketing will report directly to Office of CEO with a dotted line to the SVP of AfroTech & Live Events.
Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Leadership: Develop and lead the overall product marketing strategy for AfroTech’s product portfolio
- Customer Journey Optimization: Define and optimize the customer journey across AfroTech products, ensuring a seamless flow and enhancing cross-product engagement; Utilize customer insights and data to inform product positioning, messaging, and targeting
- Market Positioning: Lead the positioning of AfroTech’s offerings in the market, ensuring that each product resonates with its target audience and stands out in a competitive landscape; Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
