The Director of Product Management is an experienced and thoughtful product executive responsible for overseeing and implementing Unqork's product vision, strategy, and operations across our product portfolio, in deep partnership with crossfunctional peers in Design, Tech, Sales/GTM, Technical Advisory, and Executive Leadership. You will lead the Product Management function, developing and implementing best practices for Product Roadmap Prioritization & Development and defining how this function should work at Unqork.
The Impact U will make:
- Report to our VP of Product & Design
- Help drive the overall company strategy by identifying new revenue opportunities, capabilities, and products that open new markets and expand our customer base
- Develop a deep and sustained partnership with Engineering and Finance to define our R&D investments and lead the processes for scoping, planning, and measuring the impact of the investments
- Work with the team to develop a product roadmap that contributes to our vision, strategy, and goals
- Help move Product (and Unqork) to an outcomes-based Product Organization
- Work with our GTM and Marketing teams to align the product releases with a robust GTM, enablement, and marketing motion
- Continue to build and develop a motivated and effective product management team, and data-driven PDLC process
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer problems, through quantitative and qualitative analysis; and a means to utilize that research/insights to inform a strategic roadmap
- Communicate the Product strategy effectively across the organization to motivate the team and inspire collaboration
What U bring:
- Minimum of 10 years working of product development, working in a highly regulated industry is a plus
- 5+ years experience in a leadership role with a successful track record of growing revenue with tight collaboration with sales/GTM
