We're looking for an experienced Director, People Business Partner to partner with the Global Product teams across Zscaler, including Product Management, Training, Documentation, Growth and Pricing, and emerging product teams. You will be a strategic advisor and trusted coach to business leaders to lead and implement People and Culture outcomes. This role can be based remote across the US supporting teams in the Pacific time zone. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Business Partner, you will work as an individual contributor to:

  • Use a data-driven approach to influence leaders and lead organizational design, organizational health, and workforce planning.
  • Influence leadership and leadership team capability, implementing organizational capability and change management practices where needed.
  • Guide progress toward Zscaler's Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging (DEIB) commitment.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Services, and Talent Management teams to deliver scalable programs.
  • Create and lead outstanding culture and model Zscaler's core values.
