Role Summary
- We're seeking a well-rounded Director of Paid Media who can seamlessly blend high-level strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise to take our paid media efforts to the next level. Our current efforts include demand generation for four nation-wide marketplaces (real estate agents, lenders, property managers and tax and finance professionals) with more to launch in the future, as well as for our Pro subscription product.
- This role requires a unique individual who is equally comfortable both crafting overarching paid media strategies and diving deep into data analytics and reporting frameworks to evaluate effectiveness. You'll lead our paid marketing efforts by developing new growth strategies in collaboration with channel and product owners, managing a team of 2 implementers, and owning our attribution and reporting frameworks. The ideal candidate thrives in both strategic and technical environments, driving business growth through paid media channels while maintaining a firm grasp on the granular details of performance measurement and analysis.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Manage and Scale Paid Media Spend
- Oversee all paid media efforts with a focus on spend distribution across channels, in-channel optimization, and overall growth
- Continuously analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions that maximize ROI and efficiency at channel, business line, and company levels
- Growth Strategy & Testing Roadmap
- Develop, manage, and oversee implementation of a comprehensive testing roadmap that drives volume and improves returns across business lines or channels
- Identify, evaluate, and test new growth opportunities and emerging trends in the paid media landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and business needs
