The Aura Brand team is seeking a highly motivated Director of Paid Media (Brand)  to own our top of funnel Paid Media program. 

In this new role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Brand Awareness driving media plans.  You’ll balance online channels with offline channels, trusted channels with emerging channels.  

You are a “big picture thinker” and have experience thinking strategically to build a media program that works cohesively to meet the goals of the Brand team. Equally important, you “obsess over the details” - and aren’t afraid to get scrappy and get involved in all aspects of the campaign planning - even the buying.

Day to Day:

  • You’ll make our existing media program stronger. We’ve got a great program in-market, but we always want to beat yesterday. On day one, you’ll immerse yourself in our current program and identify areas for optimization. You’ll recommend media tests we should consider,  new measurement approaches we should be taking, and new channels you think we should be in. 

  • You’ll plan, execute, and report against this new vision. 

    • You’ll align any recommendations against a key learning agenda.

    • You’ll bring these changes to life. Introducing new media properties that we need to partner with.
