Reports to:   Vice President, PX EMEA and Global Change Management

Location:  US – Remote

The Role 

This role will lead change management for the enterprise in a period of exciting growth and change. Reporting into the People Experience organization, this individual will establish, develop, and maintain the Deckers global organizational change management center of excellence. This individual is responsible for developing global, cross functional change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Creating and executing the global implementation strategy and providing Change Management consultation and execution for high-impact transformation initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to ensure that organizational change initiatives are successfully communicated, adopted, and sustained.

Your Impact  
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: 

  • Establish a global change management Center of Excellence.
  • Create a global change management implementation strategy that maximizes employee adoption and minimize resistance, delivering education and awareness to support Decker’s change methodology, best practices, and support & delivery model.
  • Develop and implement a fit for purpose global change management methodology that enable cross-functional, high impact transformation initiatives.
  • Establish global change management standards and best practices driven and maintained by the Change Management Center of Excellence.
  • Develop and implement innovative tools to support a holistic understanding of change, from changes to individual roles, processes, responsibilities, and an understanding of the connection to the overall strategy and goals.
  • Manage the global portfolio of organizational and project change.

Who You Are  

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinker.
  • Effectively able to manager and prioritize multiple initiatives with a proven track record.
  • Empathetic and humble- seek to understand and strong written and verbal communication skills.

We’d love to hear from people with  

  • 10+ years’ work experience in organizational change management
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives; experience with both business and HR-related initiatives is preferred.
  • ACMP or PROCSI Certification

$190,000 - $205,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
