Job Description Summary
Plan, direct, and manage multifunctional Operations teams with a focus on production and the creation and delivery of services to internal and external clients. Ensure department goals are in alignment with company strategies.Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee department staffing structures to achieve business and financial goals.
- Manage direct reports to ensure performance expectations are met. Provides guidance in professional development activities and goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement throughout Operations and provide proposals to executive leadership.
- Assist, facilitate and lead committees, teams, and projects.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and implementation of best practices throughout the Operations function.
- Collaborate with colleagues at other locations to improve performance and coordinate activities between sites.
- Serve as an escalation point for teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver on-going management reports to a variety of audiences.
- Participate as a member of the Operations management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Ten years of experience managing broker-dealer and RIA operations teams on Wealthscape/NFS clearing platform
- Ten years of experience managing a high-volume call center operation supporting sales representatives and clients
- FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 63
- Five years of experience overseeing business continuity planning and testing
- Detailed proficiency in Avaya call center monitoring and reporting technology
- Experience conducting and resolving anti-money laundering and client verification cases
- Experience negotiating and managing business vendor contracts
- Leadership skills to oversee teams, optimize processing, and drive performance results.
- Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and all levels of management.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure.
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing quality assurance programs in an operations or call center environment
- Budget development and management experience
- FINRA Series 65
Working Conditions
- Office or hybrid office/remote environment
- Moderate travel (10 – 15%)

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $125,000-$155,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
