The EPIC Director of Treasury we are looking for: 

Direct and manage treasury movements in a multi-company environment and disbursement of funds through investing program and to medical providers.  This role will involve planning of sources of funds and uses of funds across multiple entities and bank accounts to present to VP of finance daily and weekly for approval of funds movements.  Position will work with the accounting team to execute and record treasury activity to ensure reporting.   

As a Director of Treasury, you will: 

• Provide Treasury Planning in multi-entity environment (12+ entities) 
• Coordinate banking activity with treasury team, accounting, and finance leadership 
• Track and Log exceptions in loan buying program to work with Crosscheck General Manager to resolve and complete tasks 
• Coordinate Financial Activity and Record keeping with Fund Controller (Crosscheck) and Corporate Controller (Healthcare Finance Direct) 
• Coordinate with Management on sources and uses of funds 
• Weekly Reporting of Capital Activity 
• Funding Reporting to Healthcare Finance Direct engagement team and leadership 
• Support External Audits by 3rd parties of accounts being managed in Healthcare Finance Direct and Crosscheck Capital’s investment program 
• Maintain internal controls over banking and treasury flow of funds 
• Manage banking relationships 

• Merchant and Payment Processing (Credit, Debit, ACH) 
• Banking platforms; ACH and wire activity (Wells Fargo, Mission Bank, Axos, JPM, First Republic) 
• Multiple entity accounting 
• External Audit Examinations as lead or manager 
• QuickBooks Online 
• Microsoft Excel; Pivot Tables and Reporting 
• Preferred but not required 
• SOC 1 and SOC 2 
• Consumer Loans and Retail Installment Contracts 
• Loan management Software 
• Investment Fund Accounting 
• Recurring payment Management 

Experience and Education 

• Bachelor’s Management, Finance, Account or other relevant field of Study 
• 3-5 years of Treasury management 
• 3+ years Merchant processing 
• 3+ years in leadership or managerial role
