The Styling Team is a remote, distributed team comprised of part-time Stylists and the leaders who support them. Our Enablement and Planning team is a newly established center of excellence committed to continuous improvement by delivering an exceptional client and employee experience and turning great ideas into operationalized reality. 

About the Role

The Enablement & Planning team within the Styling organization is looking for an experienced director who is a skilled communicator and strategic problem solver and is passionate about employee engagement, product enablement, operational efficiency, and community building. This leader will lead a team known for being business strategists, creative communicators, and trusted advisors. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for department-wide initiatives through communications, learning and development, employee experience and healthy operations. Additionally, they will collaborate with subject matter experts to quickly understand information and develop appropriate strategies for its packaging and dissemination to drive awareness and engagement across the Styling organization while also considering business operations.

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting business planning, education and communication, strategy, project management and internal platform support.
  • Support the Styling leadership team in executive-level communications, annual planning and budgeting.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of standard methodologies in project management, change management and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and targeted communication plans supporting our internal platforms and enterprise initiatives.
  • Apply data and analytics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations and manage initiatives based on insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members throughout Styling and the company to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop, refine, and execute employee engagement activities. Examples include analysis and action items from employee satisfaction surveys, creating a planning speaker series, organizing All Hands events, etc.
  • Have the autonomy and creative space to develop modern change management interventions.
  • Provide expertise, mentorship, and coaching to other Organizational Change Managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
