At Adonis we’re focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they’re owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement. 

At Adonis, we offer multiple solutions to assist medical providers in navigating the complexities of healthcare billing and receipt of payment for service. Billing and insurance related activities represent nearly $1 in every $7 collected by medical providers - and the high costs of collecting payments, as well as and other costs that stem from the administrative challenges within the space, unfortunately get passed down to the consumer. This is why healthcare costs continue to rise, with no end to that in sight. We’re set on helping to mitigate these challenges.While we are building a medical billing engine that automates billing workflows and improves reimbursement rates for medical providers, we at Adonis feel that there is always an aspect of healthcare billing that requires a human touch.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead RCM service delivery, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of billing services for Adonis clients
    1. Build, maintain and improve relationships with the current customer base and ensure clients are satisfied with their RCM services
    2. Develop innovative ways to improve service delivery, creating efficiencies that keep strong customer outcomes as the top priority
