As our Director of Revenue Cycle Operation, you will be responsible for exhibiting strong judgment while solving problems, prioritizing, demonstrating attention to detail in your work, and being flexible when new information is introduced into the client or team situation. Every day, you will be expected to directly influence and assist in maturing several key processes such as financial analyses, process performance report creation, model and tool development, process flows, group meeting facilitation, and client relationship development.

  • Leverage your industry expertise to craft a strategic vision and secure client buy-in.
  • Propel team performance towards exceptional achievements and high-quality results.
  • Prioritize the development, performance, and growth of your direct reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate revenue enhancement initiatives and business operations throughout the entire revenue cycle for client hospitals.
  • Assume responsibility for all management decisions related to daily operations within assigned hospital(s).
  • Collaborate with the client’s c-suite and CFO to drive impactful results.
  • Obtain executive client buy-in for complex projects and initiatives.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting. 
  • Strategic vision and operational excellence across end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. 
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,151.00 - $167,640.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
