The Marketing team is the engine that powers Remote's expansion. Through product marketing, performance marketing, events, communications, campaigns, and content, our team tells the world about Remote to bring in revenue and establish Remote as the international leader in global HR and remote work.

What you bring

  • Relevant work experience — product marketing, product management, operational roles, or strategy consulting;
  • Experience building and managing teams in a fast-growth environment
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong analytical mindset.
  • A strategic, result-driven leader. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and are able to operate fluidly between the big picture and the small task, while never losing sight of results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing working closely with sales teams
  • Familiar with working on a remote or distributed team. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

    • Ensures that products meet market needs, are positioned effectively, and achieve their revenue and market share goals.
