The Opportunity...

At Commvault we excel at making our customers resilient to cyber threats by empowering them to recovery their mission critical data and restore business operations quickly when the unthinkable happens. With the emergence of cyber resiliency, the worlds of cyber security and grow closer together. It’s important to understand where sensitive data lies, if backup content is clean or compromised, and when it’s time to restore, what is the safe recovery point. Commvault is looking for an individual to lead this important portion of the product portfolio and grow it into a robust suite of offerings that complement and differentiate our core data protection solutions. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

What you'll do...

· Expertise in Cybersecurity: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including how customers evaluate and procure solutions. 

· Clear Communication: Articulate Commvault’s security strategy and unique value to CISOs, security leadership, and thought leaders in the analyst community. 

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy, development, product marketing, CTO, and sales teams to craft a compelling, customer-centric vision and strategy for cybersecurity and data protection. 

· Product Strategy Execution: Translate strategy into a portfolio of market-leading, easy-to-deploy offerings that deliver rapid ROI. Own the process, be proactive, and drive results. 

· Team Leadership: Foster a structured and supportive environment where product managers can learn, grow, and excel. 

· "Disagree and Commit" Mindset: Confidently present data-backed opinions while committing to team decisions and goals once a direction is set. 

Who you are...

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity product management, with a strong record of launching new products. 

· Proven experience collaborating with partner organizations to integrate external security features into product offerings. 

· A degree in Computer Science or Business; an MBA is preferred. 

· Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing product management teams.

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$165,500 - $287,500
