We’re looking for an experienced analytics product manager to join our product team. You will use your healthcare domain experience and background in analytics, business intelligence, and product management to build impactful analytics products for both our clients and internal teams. 

About the position:

You’ll work closely with both our customers and our delivery, engineering, and design teams to build a world-class suite of analytics tools that complement the rest of our perioperative product and enable hospitals to better serve patients.

Most important to the role will be your ability to operate at multiple altitudes and across domains. It will require your:

  • Domain knowledge and business savvy to help identify the most important opportunities,

  • Applied analytical skills that balance rigor against practicality and simplicity,

  • Design sense to make the tools we build as intuitive and usable as possible,

  • Mentorship skills to coach technical product managers and product architects

  • Customer-facing communication polish to validate product concepts and gather feedback from users at every level of seniority

  • Bridge across functional to deliver on a cohesive and compelling vision

This is a high impact role that will drive innovation in our product, magnify the value of our entire perioperative solution suite, and shape our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand our entire perioperative solution suite and where analytics can provide the most leverage

  • Dive into the business problems of our external and internal users in order to identify and validate new product opportunities

  • Own the overall design and user experience of our periop analytics suite

  • Refine requirements and enable senior technical leaders to efficiently manage development

  • Ensure that the analytics products we deliver have both the rigor and polish to delight our users

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 5+ years experience in analytics or business intelligence

  • 5+ years experience in product management

  • Experience in the perioperative / surgical domain

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams

  • Hands-on proficiency with at least one dashboarding/visualization tool (e.g. Looker, Sigma)

  • A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details

  • Deep curiosity and a passion for real-world impact

The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $220,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package.
