Job SummaryPeopleFun is seeking a dedicated and passionate Director of Product to own a portfolio of a dozen games that have millions of DAU and 40 million in annual revenue. Serving as the business owner of these games, you will report directly to the CEO. You will lead a cross-functional team of industry professionals, while also defining product strategy and roadmaps, actively evaluating opportunity areas and prioritizing feature development based on player impact.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the production, design and engineering teams to write product specifications, drive features through launch and understand metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Product Management

  • Achieve 35 million in net revenue in 2024 with this portfolio.
  • Create a strategic roadmap that prioritizes properly between all portfolio games.
  • Define and implement analytics to gather quantitative insights.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.
  • Analyze competing games and provide relevant competitive references, including performance reports, tear-downs, diagrams, videos, screenshots, etc.
  • Identify compliance and technical updates necessary to keep the games running and incorporate them into the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Applovin to identify and prioritize ad monetization improvements.
  • Create and maintain a monthly forecast and communicate it to the CEO.
