Greenhouse is looking for a Director of Pricing Strategy to join our team. 

The Director of Pricing Strategy will oversee company pricing and packaging strategy, development, and execution for B2B HR Tech SaaS-based solutions across multiple products and services. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Sr. Director of International, Customer, & Product Marketing.

You will have experience with financial modeling, quantitative analytics, and problem-solving skills to create software packages and pricing models to capture new business and retain existing customers in a complex global marketplace, and provide the field teams and deal desk with intuitive tools and processes to deliver pricing excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Lead development of pricing strategies and packaging options for current and future products and services, incorporating competitive differentiation, strong financial analysis, and customer feedback into your recommendations
  • Conduct market research to understand pricing trends, geographic expansion opportunities, competitive pricing strategy, and customer willingness to pay
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze pricing and packaging effectiveness and incorporate these findings in recommendations to leadership for refinement as needed
  • Work closely with Corporate Development and Partnerships teams providing pricing and financial modeling to help evaluate build/buy/partner scenarios and geographic expansion opportunities
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to understand product strategy, product roadmap, and help inform GTM pricing & packaging options.
  • Partner with Greenhouse’s Revenue (Sales) organization to keep a pulse on pricing and packaging feedback from prospects and customers. Analyze sales and customer data for pricing & packaging patterns and win/loss analysis
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to create training and enablement materials around pricing and packaging options for customer-facing team
