JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of P&C Operations provides leadership through a strong understanding of each functional area of Human Resources including HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR Data Analysis and Reporting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Compliance, and will lead a team of HR professionals in these areas. This role will be responsible for being in the details of all components of HR Operations.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of Human Resource Management experience required.
- Deep experience of Workday HRIS required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% pending company needs.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in compensation benchmarking, conduct related analysis, research market competitive practices, recommend new programs or enhancements, for competitive and innovative recognition and reward strategies.
- Full responsibility for all agency audit and requests (DOL, 401K, etc)
- Bring a solution focused attitude and be comfortable working in an environment that demands deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and create appropriate solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop your direct report team to deliver a great employee experience and manage/promote HR consistency, compliance, and best practices.
- Responsible for the administration, delivery, and ongoing support of employee benefits programs, including responsibility for renewals and vendor selection and management and responsibility for the annual open enrollment process.
