Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Telemedicine and RPM Program Management: Oversee the management and coordination of telemedicine and RPM programs, ensuring efficient patient care and optimal provider performance.
- Facility Relationships and Launches: Manage new facility relationships and oversee the successful launch of new programs and services.
- HR and Onboarding: Lead HR and onboarding efforts for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Scheduling: Optimize telemedicine coverage schedules, monitor provider utilization, and ensure high quality across teams.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of care by overseeing quality assurance, documentation reviews, and protocol development.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with facility leadership and other departments to support organizational goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- General Post-Acute/SNF knowledge or experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and charting practices in nursing homes.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Technology and process-oriented.
- Familiarity with key performance indicators and overall metric monitoring.
- Experience with telemedicine providers and remote workflows.
- Strong foundation in healthcare. Must be a proactive self-starter who can perform tasks without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
