Director of Growth Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to join our Online Sales and Marketing (OSM) team, focusing on driving acquisitions for our Parallels business.

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will: 

  • Set the strategy across all areas of growth marketing (paid, lifecycle/email, website optimization), with the ability to be hands on particularly in web optimization 
  • Skilled in managing relationships with stakeholders from product, data analytics, creative services and MarTech teams  
  • Be extremely data driven be an expert at defining, setting, and reporting on full-funnel KPIs (working with a data science/analytics team) 
  • Engaging with users and customers to understand their use cases, and their goals and challenges as they use our products 
  • Developing experiments focused on increasing trial conversion, product adoption or expansion 
  • Prioritizing and managing an experimentation roadmap  

What YOU bring to the table: 

  • Over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 5+ years developing B2B and B2C growth experiments in the SaaS space 
  • Breadth in all areas of growth marketing, with deep expertise in demand gen, website management & conversion rate optimization, …
