What we are looking for:

As our Director of Federal Sales & Business Development, you will spearhead our efforts in developing new business within the federal market. This role combines strategic business development with federal sales expertise, focusing on generating leads, driving sales, and navigating the complex landscape of AI technologies, federal procurement, and government regulations.

 

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our federal market expansion, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your ability to communicate our value propositions effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal agencies and partners will be crucial. Through your efforts, you will position our AI governance software as the preferred solution for federal organizations, ensuring they can leverage AI while maintaining compliance and trust.

You might be a good fit if: 

  • Reside in the Washington, DC area or are willing to relocate.

  • Possess a current TS security clearance, with TS-SCI preferred.

  • Have at least 7 years of proven experience in federal sales with a successful track record.

  • Are a U.S. citizen with permanent eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship.

  • Exhibit strong relationship management skills with federal decision-makers and influencers.

  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
