We are seeking a dynamic Director of ERP Applications to lead and optimize our enterprise application strategy, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and operational excellence of our enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in NetSuite and other enterprise applications, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in a growing organization.

 

What you’ll be doing 

 

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise applications, ensuring they support HealthEquity’s strategic goals.NetSuite Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite ERP, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for enterprise applications, including NetSuite, financial systems, and related technologies.Process Improvement: Partner with Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to drive process automation, system enhancements, and best practices.System Integration: Ensure NetSuite integrates effectively with CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms, improving efficiency and data accuracy.Governance & Compliance: Ensure enterprise applications comply with security, regulatory, and financial requirements, including SOX compliance.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and internal business partners to ensure optimal system performance and value realization.Project Management: Lead enterprise application initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 

What you will need to be successful

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant) is a plus.Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications management, with a focus on NetSuite ERP.Leadership: Proven experience leading and growing application teams in a fast-paced environment.Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of NetSuite administration, workflows, scripting, integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi), and reporting tools.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and operational workflows.Project Management: Experience managing enterprise application projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process optimization.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Salary Range

$137500.00 To $182,000.00 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
