As part of IPRO's Data and Analytics (D&A) team, the Director of Digital Health will be responsible for healthcare technology tools, data management, and digital health advancement. This Director will be the client and health provider. The Director will have the ability to assess providers' digital readiness and offer technical assistance to help providers improve their technical environments to support health care delivery and quality improvement. Health providers include hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and others. This role also supervises one or more Digital Health staff.

Fully Remote in the Northeast US

*Travel: Up to 25% in the Northeastern US

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in electronic health records (EHR) and Health Information Technology (HIT) solutions.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects, change priorities as needed, while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Experience with clinical documentation improvement programs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
  • Knowledge of Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) collection, Clinical Quality Language (CQL), Clinical decision support (CDS), and information exchange and reporting.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, required.
  • Eight (8) years of professional experience in technical roles, such as software engineering or solutions architecture.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000.00 – $155,000.00. Actual salary range and/or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
