Director of Digital Demand and Experience

Location: Anywhere in USA

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and creating exceptional digital experiences? We are seeking a Director of Digital Demand and Experience to lead and innovate across our digital platforms, data and analytics, and paid media strategies. This is a high-impact, global leadership role where you will shape the future of .com platform, oversee data-driven decision-making, and drive digital demand generation. You will manage a cross-functional, global team spanning Europe, the US, and South America, working closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, social media, offering-focused marketing and the offering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be central to our digital evolution. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and optimizing .com platform by enhancing functionality, user experience (UX), design to maximize demand generation and improving SEO performance
  • Leading the data and analytics function including data architecture, tool integration, reporting, and insights to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Overseeing programmatic and paid digital media strategies, ensuring alignment with market and offering teams while collaborating with the social media team.
  • Introducing new digital experiences that create an immersive experience on .com that bring DXC’s story to life and can also be used to demonstrate DXC’s capabilities, leveraged in event environments and transition into tools that support sales
  • Managing a global, cross-functional team across multiple regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Partnering with global IT teams to enhance technical capabilities and integrations that support digital demand efforts.
  • Ensuring all projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to key business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

  • At least 12 years of experience building the function and team around digital product management, UX design, and web development in a matrixed and/or multi-national organization
  • Strong background in and understanding of data architecture, analytics tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Proven leadership in programmatic and paid digital media strategies
  • Experience working in or with a global services business in a marketing function, technology industry is preferred
  • Comfortable balancing multiple sprint projects in a dynamic, matrixed organization
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder requests and in projects
  • Confident developing reporting tools for senior stakeholders and for operational teams
  • Ability to lead teams through change and ensure delivery while maintaining an element of adaptability
  • Excited to build new team capabilities and influence teams that are critical to the digital team’s success
  • Experience managing a global, cross-functional team across different time zones
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT, marketing, and social media teams
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering within budget and scope

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $132,500 - $275,300.
