Director of Demand Generation

St. Louis, Missouri, United States - Remote

  • Deliver consistent pipeline contribution to support monthly bookings targets and drive funnel conversion
  • Embrace a metrics-driven approach to tracking, assessing and interpreting pipeline results
  • Set & meet targets by product and business unit
  • Own the process for development and execution of Ranking.io’s strategy for acquiring, nurturing, and expanding qualified leads.
  • Recommend and oversee digital strategy (website, paid, SEO),  while mentoring team members and guiding day-to-day decision making
  • Continuously identify, evaluate and test new channels, strategies and tactics.
  • Experiment with a wide array of ever-changing digital and traditional mediums and develop methods to understand and improve effectiveness
  • Manage and guide website strategy to increase inbound lead volume and drive conversions
  • Create highly customized marketing campaigns and content for target accounts 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales to align on account strategies and communicate ABM campaign performance
  • Work and manage relationship with external firm focused on ABM
  • Own and manage systems used for marketing campaigns and measurement including Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
  • Lead the charge on automating critical elements of marketing including lead scoring and nurture campaigns.
  • Work closely with BDR teams to improve conversion rates and lead handling processes
  • Educate BDR teams on lead sources and campaigns to ensure outreach messaging alignment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with HubSpot
  • 3+ years of lead generation experience
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding individual and team goals
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills
  • Experience using marketing automation tools in HubSpot or similar CRM
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Data driven mindset for decision making and test-and-learn programs
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding individual and team goals
