Director of Demand Generation

Atlanta, Georgia, United States - Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Director, Demand Generation, to lead our content and SEO teams and unlock the next phase of growth for Hubstaff through scalable lead acquisition strategies. This full-time role is 100% remote and reports to the SVP of Marketing. The Director of Demand Generation will be pivotal in accelerating our growth by driving inbound marketing efforts, expanding into new paid acquisition sources, and optimizing the buyer journey across the funnel. What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Hubstaff's growth objectives
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the content and SEO teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Content Strategy: Drive the creation and optimization of content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience
  • SEO Strategy: Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies that warm up prospects and convert them into sales-ready leads
  • Performance Media: Partner with performance media agency to create and optimize efficient and effective paid search, paid social, display and video campaigns that can accelerate customer acquisition
  • Paid Acquisition: Oversee paid lead acquisition programs across CPC, CPL, and affiliate programs
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report out on the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation campaigns
  • Collaboration and Accountability: Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and effective execution of demand generation initiatives

Requirements

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and lead generation tactics
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing and collaborating with external consultants, vendors, and contractors
  • Preferable to have proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, a ideally within a product-led growth company
