What are we looking for?

The Director of Business Transformation will play a pivotal role in leading major sales initiatives, driving efficiency, and optimizing processes across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively translate business objectives into compelling business cases with detailed requirements, oversee tool implementations, maintain meticulous documentation of sales policies and workflows, and oversee major initiatives within the sales organization from a project management and implementation perspective.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage major sales initiatives, ensuring timely completion, and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee major initiatives within the sales organization from a project management and implementation perspective, ensuring successful execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business cases and translate them into IT business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the prioritization of initiatives and IT roadmap planning from a Sales perspective.
  • Oversee the implementation of tools and technologies to support sales initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales policy documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Lead projects (directly or with cross functional influence) to create and optimize efficient selling processes; optimize workflows & processes to help scale business. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and work cross functionally to develop and implement solutions to address reduction of operational friction.
  • Lead program teams to execute defined projects with clear scope, timelines, and risk management
  • Document and optimize sales workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
