Salary Range (non Exempt): $100-115K 

Candidates can reside in one of the following states:  AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI  

 

Role Overview: 

The Director of Admissions plays a dynamic, leadership role in shaping the success of the Admissions Teams by driving performance and ensuring enrollment goals are not just met, but exceeded. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the architect of strategy, working closely with the Senior Director of Admissions to craft plans that propel your teams to new heights. You’ll be the go-to for problem-solving, holding Assistant Directors accountable for results while fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and high morale.

Beyond just metrics, you’ll lead the charge in developing and training your teams, ensuring they’re equipped to succeed while maintaining the highest ethical standards. As the leader of the Admissions department, you’ll empower your managers to think critically, act decisively, and push the boundaries of what’s possible—all while driving your department toward continuous success. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Admissions and offers the chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides dynamic leadership to Admissions teams and their direct reports
  • Ensures all Admissions practices within the department are compliant and ethical
  • Assess weekly, monthly and annual statistics to ensure the achievement of conversions and enrollment standards
  • Communicates with Assistant Directors of Admissions and Admissions Advisors regarding performance, progress and concerns of the Admissions team
  • Meets regularly with Assistant Directors of Admissions to hold them accountable for their performance, develop strategies to uncover and solve problems
  • Steps into Assistant Directors of Admissions responsibilities when needed
  • Ensures Dashboards and reports are updated and accurate
  • Audits student records and enrollment processes to monitor compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Collaborates with the the Senior Director of Admissions to develop processes and strategies
  • Provides coaching and guidance to Assistant Directors of Admissions to develop leadership skills
  • Outlines daily responsibilities for Assistant Directors of Admissions and holds them accountable for completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks
  • Ensures each Admissions Advisor and Assistant Director of Admissions on the team is receiving the proper observation, coaching, and training
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Travel up to 75%

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
